-Obtain a free burning permit from the Whitman Fire/Rescue Department.
-Call the Whitman Fire/Rescue Department at 781-447-7677 the morning you want to burn. We will need your permit number and your address.
Burning may not be allowed depending on fire weather predictions.
Burning is permitted from January 15th and May 1st between the hours of 10am-4pm.

Apr-4-2007 - Infant and Child Saftey Seat Installations Whitman Fire/Rescue is currently working on getting a firefighter that is certified as an infant and child safety seat installer.
If you need assistance with installing a safety seat, please go to the Whitman Police station or East Bridgewater Fire Department for assistance.
